Crossway marketing was founded by Ronald Toledo and Lucia Giacomantonio. Together they have 30 years marketing experience, working with tech startups and agencies in Silicon Valley. The two combined their experience and shared passion for helping startups find their voice, tell their story, and execute the right marketing strategy to grow their business. 



Growing up in Silicon Valley I was always eager to jump into the startup scene. I've spent my entire career working in tech marketing, including joining Evernote as employee number 20, and serving as Head of Marketing for startups Worfkit and SendHub. 


Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, I moved to the bay area in 2007. I spent the earlier part of my career working at agencies and after moving to the bay, immersed myself in the startup world, working with a number of companies including Strands and Edmodo.
